Customer Support Representative in Thessaloniki

Due to continued growth of our company, we are looking to recruit a talented, experienced and self-directed Customer Support Representative to join our support team.

Responsibilities

  • Serving incoming calls and providing instant support to customers who call from Greece or abroad.
  • Receiving, serving or distributing incoming messages (emails or post).
  • Providing information on company’s services and guiding clients regarding the use of company’s services.
  • Welcoming visitors at the company’s premises and recording their details.
  • Supporting commercial department in issues linked to customers’ service.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of working experience in a customer service position
  • Strong communication skills and customer experience oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, be self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language in verbal and written form
